Returns and Exchanges

We offer an unconditional returns policy in the UK.

If for any reason you are not happy with your t-shirt just return it to us unworn within 14 days and we will exchange or refund your goods.

You simply need to return the t-shirt to The White T-Shirt Co in its original box using either our online service or just the FREEPOST label provided. You will not be charged for replacement postage and packaging but please arrange adequate insurance and obtain proof of posting when returning goods to us as we are not responsible for goods whilst in transit from customers.

Please note that we are not able to refund the original P&P charge for returns and exchange unless of course the garment was faulty.

We really appreciate your feedback, so if you return a t-shirt please let us know why it wasn't right for you.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

For All Orders

1. Complete the returns form included in your delivery and insert into the parcel – don’t forget to let us know any feedback you would like to pass on to us.
2. Attach the FREEPOST label provided and return to:

3. Take the parcel to your nearest post office to arrange delivery remembering to get proof of postage.
